Excited to share today a few images from Meg’s boudoir portraits.

Our planning began, as it so often does, on Pinterest.  She was drawn to both implied nudes and also started pinning a lot of flapper-ish/boho/lace & velvet, and smoky eyes. She even brought in piano shawl that she wore in one of our mutual favorite images from the session.

She added to her existing wardrobe with a trip to 40 Winks – Modern Glamour’s favorite brick and mortar lingerie shop in Harvard Square.  If you, like me, love those high waisted black lace briefs – you can pick them up right here.  No surprise that they are by one of my favorite lingerie lines – Lonely.

With a great foundation from 40 Winks, M brought in some of her own favorite pieces, including a vintage robe, her velvet piano shawl, a hat, and lots of cool jewelry – some of which she made herself.  A woman of many talents!
